Project Search

The Project SEARCH Adult Model program is a unique business-led program creating a pathway to a new type of employment for adults with developmental disabilities. It has been developed to empower the men and women in the program to build their current strengths and explore new interests and skills while having access to robust employment supports committed to the vision that all individuals with disabilities and other barriers are embraced as valued and dignified members of our community.

Long Term Employment Services

AES (Advanced Employment Services) a division of The ARC assists individuals with physical, mental and intellectual disabilities to secure competitive employment in their community. A dedicated Employment Consultant provides pre-employment skills training, such as developing employment goals, completing job applications, interview preparation and on-site interview support.


Once employed on site job coaching services include assistance learning job tasks, facilitating workplace accommodations and providing on-going employee and employer support. In addition, AES also create business opportunities through various community and government partnerships.

Success Story

Ticket To Work-SSA Program

Effective August 1, 2020 the ARC of Martin County is proud to announce we are now an approved member of The Ticket To Work-SSA program.

 The AES (Advanced Employment Services) will provide men and women from 18 to 64 years who have a disability and are receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI)/Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries in jobs supports to individuals. We will offer job development providing resume writing, interview process and job-hunting skills and job coaching to assist in job retention.

At ARC of the Treasure Coast, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to dream big and work with dignity. Our mission is to empower children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them take pride in themselves and live independently within the community.


One of our exciting new initiatives is in partnership with Alice's Restaurant and proudly sponsored by Boar’s Head. This collaboration is just one of the many ways we’re committed to helping folks gain meaningful employment. Through this initiative, we provide valuable skills training and support, enabling individuals to thrive in a welcoming work environment.

Behavioral Services

Pragmatic Behavioral Health Services

Pragmatic Behavioral Health Under the guidance of a Level 1 Board Certified Behavior Analyst, The ARC provides youth between the ages of 15 and 25 the opportunity to participate in small group settings with other individuals with similar skills to achieve functional outcomes in the areas of social interaction with peers, classmates, teachers and the community at large.
