The Therapeutic Intervention Program (TIP) Community & Event Center
In September 2025, the ARC of the Treasure Coast reached a defining milestone with the opening of the Therapeutic Intervention Program (TIP) Community and Event Center in Port St. Lucie.
Made possible through the support of the State of Florida, St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners, the Community Foundation of Martin and St. Lucie, and generous community partners, the TIP Center represents a transformational investment in the future of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
More than a new facility, the TIP Center expands the ARC’s capacity to:
- Deliver innovative therapeutic and behavioral services
- Increase access for children, adults, and families across the region
- Strengthen partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Create sustainable earned revenue opportunities that support long term mission delivery
The Center also serves as a welcoming community space—bringing together individuals, families, professionals, and supporters in an environment designed to foster growth, inclusion, and possibility.
The TIP Center reflects the ARC’s commitment to forward thinking solutions that meet today’s needs while preparing for tomorrow’s challenges. It stands as a powerful example of what is possible when public investment, philanthropy, and community leadership come together in service of lasting impact.
